Quality issues, shortages or mistakes must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order.
Replacement orders will be shipped using the same method used on the original order at no cost to the customer.

All lace sales are final unless the wrong item was shipped. In the event that the wrong item was shipped call customer service to make arrangements for returning the incorrect items and to get your order corrected. Due to the wide variance in the quality of colors as they are displayed on computer monitors, we can not except returns for a wrong color if the order was processed correctly. If you are worried about a color match you may call and request a sample.
Will be charged a 20% restocking charge on any order that is returned for any reason other than order discrepancies.
